At any given time, Tim has over 50 opened sauces in his fridge. As a dedicated hot sauce lover, his main goal was to make the best tasting sauce using the freshest ingredients. At Pepper Madness we use only the freshest ingredients in our sauces. The peppers are hand picked especially for our hot sauces. You will be surprised how fresh it tastes. Check back often!
